HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services at HHSC Region 3 Facilities

HHSC PCS is seekingcompetitive bids to establish contract(s) for HVAC maintenance and repairservices at HHSC Region 3 facilities.

OptionalOn-Site Visit

HHSC will conduct optionalon-site visits at the locationsspecified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule(cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequentAddenda.

The on-site visitwill include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of thefacility.

Attendance is strongly encouraged, butnot required. Failure to attend in person will not disqualify a Bidder.

Site visitsavailable at the following HHSC Region 03 Locations:

a) 2700 Ben Ave., Fort Worth, Texas76103 – 11 HVAC Units

b) 1205 E. Sam Rayburn, Bonham,Texas 75418 – 8 HVAC Units

c) 1301 S. Bowen Rd, Fort Worth,Texas 76013 - 1 HVAC unit in LAN room, and 1 HVAC unit in pharmacy
