SCOPE: Inaccordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269,Subchapter F, Construction Manager-at-Risk Method, and Rules and Proceduresadopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is requestingqualifications for a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) for the Texas Schoolfor the Deaf.

Thisis an official 60-day pre-solicitation notification that the Texas FacilitiesCommission intends to issue a solicitation for the CMR for the TexasSchool for the Deaf Campus – TSD CUP South Improvements, project number25-035-3303.

Thisnotice does not:

- obligateTFC to issue the referenced solicitation

- guaranteethe issuance of the referenced solicitation; nor

- guaranteethat the information contained in the notice will remain unchanged uponissuance of the referenced solicitation.
