Per TGC 437.054, the Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding Prefabricated Temporary Modular Office Buildings to support temporary office needs at Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas, during upcoming building renovations(estimated March 2027–March 2030). This Request For Information (RFI) is intended to gather details on the vendor capabilities, features, compliance, scalability, and relevant experience.
This RFI is issued solely for information gathering and planning purposes and does not represent a solicitation or contract. The responses will help future procurements.
Vendors are highly encouraged to attend one (1) of the two (2) site visits at 1:00 PM CT on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, OR 10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Camp Mabry, building 37, 2200 W. 35th Street, Austin, Texas 78703.
Responses for TMD26-CFMO-RFI001 Camp Mabry Temporary Modular Office Building will be received by the TMD until 4:00 PM CT, Tuesday, July 14, 2026. All responses must be submitted via email to FY26RFIPORT@cfmo.mil.texas.gov
