Renovation of ground floor of existing home including garage conversion to interior conditioned space and relocation of driveway to newly proposed carport structure.
Residential electrical repairs to an existing single-family residence including subpanel upgrade GFCI outlet replacement installation of dedicated appliance circuits correction of existing wiring and installation of smoke detectors per code.
Diagnostic revealed a broken toilet riser a break on the left side sink drain a break on the right side sink drain and a break on the 3ยฟx2ยฟ wye for the tub drain. These breaks are all for the master bathroom. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating the entry hole at the right side of the house. - Then tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 15 feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues. - If additional tunneling or beam penetration is needed a supplemented estimate will be provided.
Interior remodel including removing a wall in kitchen/dining/living room. Rerouting plumbing and electrical for kitchen where necessary as shown in plans. Bathrooms to be gutted and have new fixtures and tile.
