Relocate existing electric residential water heater to a new interior closet location. Drain disconnect remove and properly dispose of existing water heater. Extend and modify existing domestic hot and cold water distribution piping to serve new water heater location. Install customer-provided electric storage-type water heater with required full-port shutoff valve approved drain pan pan drain piped by gravity to an approved exterior termination and temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve discharge piping routed to an approved exterior termination in accordance with the 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code as adopted by the City of Austin. Install new laundry rough-in including recessed washer outlet box with hot and cold supplies standpipe and trapped 2-inch waste connection. Install approximately 50 linear feet of new 2-inch Schedule 40 PVC sanitary drain piping along the exterior of the structure and connect to existing building drain upstream of the sewage ejector system using approved fittings and methods.
