We will be replacing all water lines in the house as well as replacing the water line in the front yard. We will be cutting less than 10ftsq of drywall to make repairs and we will be trenching 40ft for the water line in the yard. We will also be replacing the gas tank water heater for similar model.

Addition extend covered back porch by 14ft replace deck and extend uncovered decking
Owner-occupied home; existing bedrooms will be reconfigured to reallocate existing space inside the home. 2 current bedrooms will be converted to 4 new bedrooms. New windows will be installed in the exterior facade. Electrical and mechanical will be reconfigured to adapt to the new layout. Work will be performed by homeowner.
