Commercial tenant improvements to existing building
Sewer line replacement. Replacing approximately 100 of sewer line. Most of the new line will be PVC. There will be a 10 section of cast iron.
Tunnel under the foundation to replace the cast iron in the bathroom kitchen and laundry with SCH 40 PVC.
