Deloitte University FY22 Capital Improvements is a Renovation/Alteration project located at One Deloitte Way, Westlake, TX 76262 in Westlake, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $4.0M covering 9,000 sq ft. DCLI LLC is the property owner and Gensler is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on July 8, 2021.
The scope of work includes interior renovations to room 1057 and the boardroom suite. Renovations include minor wall relocation, new furniture and finishes, and the required MEP updates. Updates to landscape lighting are also included in project.
