Delta TechOps is a New Construction project located at 3600 Presidential Blvd., Austin, TX 78719 in Austin, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $500K covering 4,020 sq ft. City of Austin is the property owner and Gensler is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on September 28, 2021.
Construction of approximately 4,000 SF of airline office space and airline storage spaces including offices, conference rooms, break rooms, workshop, and storage rooms. 1,300SF of outdoor storage will be provided.
