We will be adding mulitple panels and receptacles for tenant to put in equipment and office area. There will be no additional meter needed. 40 20A 120V. DUPLEX RECEPTACLE 7 - 20A 120V. QUADRAPLEX RECEPTACLE These 120V outlets being installed are standard NEMA 5-20 (20A 125V duplex outlets). Each will have an FLA of 10A and will be wired with #12 CU stranded wire. There are also: (5) 125A 480V equipment feeds with a safety disconnect and #1 CU wire (3) 70A 480V equipment feeds with a safety disconnect and #4 CU wire (3) 30A 208V equipment feeds with a safety disconnect and #10 CU wire
Install new transformer and 400A sub panel Ok Per Steve Leitch. Reference 2025 146628 DA
Replace remaining cast iron drains under home. Install new sewer line from city tap and connect to home.
