Pharmacy Renovation is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 6700 IH-10 West, San Antonio, TX 78201 in San Antonio, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $150K covering 1,800 sq ft. Methodist Hospital Texsan is the property owner and WCA Architects, LLC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on January 17, 2022.
Remodel existing pharmacy space, expanding the pharmacy area by relocating the existing lactation room, remove existing staff lounge and existing RT office. We will also update the interior finishes for the renovate area entirely.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
