New MRI Suite Expansion & Renovation is a Additions to Existing Building project located at 6700 IH-10 West, San Antonio, TX 78201 in San Antonio, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $2.5M covering 2,600 sq ft. Methodist Hospital Texsan is the property owner and WCA Architects, LLC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 29, 2024.
The project scopes of work include removing the existing temporary MRI trailer, its ramp, and it’s all associated work. The demolished area will be replaced by a new MRI Suite to include all required support areas.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
