Running new 2 PEX mainline though courtyard up the side of the wall going into the water heater room and tying back into the system at the water heater manifold and the utility room. Will also be installing 1-1/4 PRV and building shut off valve at the meter. Line will be approximately 90 feet long in the trench and 15 ft along the exterior wall bedded with sand and ran with tracer wire.

Repairing water lines for the unit. installing new pex. pex will be ran from the water heater room to the unit through the attic.

Repair waterlines for unit 203. Currently has no hot water and little water pressure. running new lines from the water heater room. running 3/4 hot and cold Viega pex with shut off valves in the water heater room. liens will be coming off a 2 pex main. lines will run up into the attic space and down into the unit walls behind each fixture.
