Interior Remodel One window will be replaced in the bathroom. The other existing windows are to remain. Project scope includes a bath and kitchen remodel. Ventilation/exhaust will be added to both bath and kitchen. The existing tub will be replaced with a shower.
*Change of Use* Addition/remodel. 2-story addition to rear of existing 1-story single family residence. Addition will consist of a bedroom and covered deck on 1st floor and an office on the 2nd floor. Addition/remodel will result in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom small lot single family residence.
