Interior Remodel in both units of duplex. Remove walls from shower A and B. Cut kitchen wall at 36 inches in height.
Install 26kw Generac generator and 200 amp automatic transfer switch
Install 800KW Diesel Fuel Generator with a UL 2085 Listed 1620 use able gallon tank generator distribution panel docking station support slab and stairs for existing office building. Limit of construction is less than 1000 square feet. Site plan exemption not required less than 1000 squ. ft.
Interior remodel of office space. No additional square footage added to the building. Reconfigure space. New power plumbing and HVAC related to reconfiguration.
The city installed a new city cleanout at ROW line as part of a CIP project. We will install approximately 15ft of private sewer service to connect existing line to new city cleanout.
