- Diagnostic revealed a leaking 3¿x2¿ wye for the washing machine and kitchen sink drains. Located under the garage floor - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professional proceed with repairs. - Begin by utilizing specialized equipment to create a direct access entry hole located in the garage. - This will expose noted diagnostic issues. - If additional access is needed a supplemented estimated will be provided. - If any more work is needed such as solid rock removal roots or any unforeseeable objects come across this estimate will be supplemented to accommodate the time/material needed to complete the job.
Interior Remodel - Structure fire damage repair. Adding new wet bar from existing family room closet new closet beneath staircase.
