Bob Woodruff Southwest Trail Replcement is a Renovation/Alteration project located at East Park Boulevard and Shiloh Road, Plano, TX 75074 in Plano, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $500K covering 50,000 sq ft. City of Plano Parks and Recreation Department is the property owner and JBI Partners is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on May 23, 2023.
Demolition to remove existing trail, erosion control, tree removal, grading and underground drainage, elevated trail sections, replacement concrete trail paving, fine grading, solid sod, irrigation system repairs and miscellaneous items.
