New construction of an Office/Warehouse building to include 2,000 SF of Office and 5,200 SF of non-conditioned Warehouse space. Also included will be site improvements such as parking and sidewalks.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Express: Foundation Repair
excavation of two tunnels to identify and rectify defects in the drainage system. The first tunnel will be constructed from the front yard following the cleanout and will extend 5 feet beneath the house to expose a break in the wye off the main drainage line. The second tunnel will be excavated from the left side of the house extending 5 feet to expose the bend in the hall toilet.
Excavate 20 tunnel to repair main drain line under house
Replace the sanitary sewer line for the clothes washer. We will route it thru the exterior wall down to under ground across the yard and connect to the sanitary sewer yard line. About 40 ft. In the back yard.
Requesting disconnect for main panel upgrade. No meter can replacement.
