The branding consists of adhesive vinyl graphics applied to exterior window surfaces as well as several removable elements including magnetic panels and one lightweight foam board (Forex/Phorex) panel. #SXSWAffiliated #TPWOnly (location: Speakeasy Austin) attaching branding to Speakeasy facade Some magnetic branding elements are secured using corresponding magnets placed on the interior side of the windows. No permanent fixtures or structural attachments will be made to the building faade. Installation Method: All installation and removal work will be carried out manually by a small production team using standard step ladders. No scissor lifts vehicles cranes or heavy machinery will be used. Right-of-Way Impact: Work will take place directly adjacent to the building faade along the sidewalk. Ladders and staff will temporarily occupy a small portion of the sidewalk directly in front of the windows during installation and removal. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No street lanes parking spaces or bike lanes will be closed or impacted. Schedule Initial installation March 11 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Branding adjustment (lower windows switching to Berlin House imagery) March 14 8:00 10:00 AM Branding reset (switching back to German Haus branding) March 15 8:00 10:00 AM Removal of all branding March 17 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Traffic Control: A small temporary work zone will be established immediately adjacent to the building faade on the sidewalk.
