Interior remodel of duplex 2 kitchens 4 bathrooms new floors paint hardware lighting plumbing and appliances throughout. Exterior remodel of shed moving washer/dryer to new wall and moving two doors.
Replace cast iron drain lines under the foundation for 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom kitchen and washer drain line as well. Total of 3 access holes will be made one will be made outside the hall bathroom and the second will be made outside the primary bathroom and the third will be made in the back where drain line exits the foundation total length of tunnel is approximately 90 feet. Will replace sewer line from the home to septic tank which is a 1 foot run. ***Customer utilizes AWU for water
