Exterior Improvements Phase 2 is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1020 S STATE HIGHWAY 16 in Fredericksburg, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $2.5M covering 8,000 sq ft. Methodist Healthcare System of San Antonio LTD LLP is the property owner and Marmon Mok Architecture is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on December 11, 2025.
