The Museum School of East Dallas Renovations is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 11110 Garland Road, Dallas, TX 75218 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $900K covering 8,092 sq ft. GOSPEL LIGHT ERITREAN BAPTIST CHURCH is the property owner and WRA Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on May 28, 2026.
The renovations will occur on the first floor of Building A and in a limited portion of the Gym Building (Approx. 8,092sf ). There will also be site renovations for ADA access.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
