12/23/25 DFD This SP is closable. Inspector HU conducted a 14-point closure review to so determine. They got away without passing final tree and building inspections on demolitions conducted in 2022-2023. Those BP are now expired. The EV folder says never started, but it actually did start back then, with demolition of several buildings. New building never started. By the time HU began inspecting, demo had already taken place. Nonetheless this one is closable so long as is has been stabilized and, based on street view (below), it has naturally stabilized over time. The applicant proposes a commercial retail development and all associated improvements.
