The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract for the procurement

of water and wastewater utility materials to support the operational needs of the City of San Marcos. These

materials will replenish warehouse inventory and ensure that critical components are readily available for

maintenance, repair, emergency response, and capital improvement activities. The awarded contract(s) will

provide reliable, consistent, and cost-effective access to materials essential for delivering safe, reliable, and

efficient water and wastewater services to the community.
