Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 4,784 SF of usable office space in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
