Description: HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for grease trap waste removal, as needed water removal, sludge removal & repair services at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center (CCSSLC).

Mandatory On-Site Visit

HHSC will conduct two (2) mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established insubsequent Addenda.

The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility.

Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.
