The objective of this Invitationfor Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide BlueMarble Geographics Global Mapper to DIR for use by the Railroad Commission ofTexas (RRC) as part of the STS IT Commodities program.

These specifications are beingadvertised under Gov’t Code Section 2155.067. Only responses to solicitationsfor items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered indetermining an Award. Conforming exactly to these specifications includesbidding only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified in thissolicitation.

This IFB requires a HUBSubcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids of $100,000 or more. Any bid submitted that meets this thresholdmust include a correctly completed Subcontracting Plan or it will bedisqualified and not considered for evaluation.
