SCOPE: The Texas Facilities Commission is requestingresponses to this Request for Proposal for HVAC and Mechanical Trade Servicesfor facilities managed by the Texas Facilities Commission located throughoutTexas with most services in the Austin metropolitan area.

CONTRACT TERM: This contract shall be for a period beginning onthe date the contract, as defined below, is executed by both parties, and shallexpire on August 31, 2027. The contractmay be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year periods, provided therenewal is executed prior to expiration of the current contract term.

SCHEDULEOF EVENTS: TFC reserves the right to change the dates in theSchedule of Events set forth below upon written notification to prospectiveRespondents through a posting of an addendum on the ESBD.
