SCOPE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship ofState Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, theTexas Facilities Commission (TFC) is requesting responses to this Request forProposal (RFP) for the provision of clean agent, hood suppression andpre-action systems testing, inspection, and maintenance for TFC managedbuildings throughout Texas with most services taking place in Austin, Texas.

CONTRACT TERM: This serviceshall be for a period beginning on the date the contract, as defined below, isexecuted by both parties, and shall expire on August 31, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additionaltwo (2) year periods, provided the renewal is executed prior to expiration ofthe current contract term. Any renewalsshall be in writing and at the same terms and conditions, plus any approvedchanges.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: TFC reserves the right to change the dates in theSchedule of Events set forth below upon written notification to prospectiveRespondents through a posting of an addendum on the ESBD.
