60 Day Notice Verbiage:

Scope: Competitive Sealed Proposal services for the new construction of the Permian Basin Beacon infrastructure project, to provide support to the Beacon Healthcare and Research and Development in the Permian Basin region. The project consists of the construction of three arterial and collector roads within the planned Permian Beacon Healthcare Development. The scope will also encompass public utilities (water and sewer), coordination with franchise utilities, including electric, natural gas, and telecommunications carriers, as well as roadway design (drainage, storm sewer design, pavement,sidewalks, and right-of-way acquisition).

This is an official 60-day pre-solicitation notification that the Texas Facilities Commission intends to issue a solicitation as stated above.

This notice does not:

· obligate TFC to issue the referenced solicitation

· guarantee the issuance of the referenced solicitation; nor

· guarantee that the information contained in the notice will remain unchanged upon issuance of the referenced solicitation.

Any effort, expense, or expenditure of resources undertaken by any person or entity because of this notice is at that person’s or entity’s sole risk and cost. TFC does not seek vendor responses, marketing materials, or other indications of interest as a result of this notice. TFC will not respond to questions regarding this solicitation, nor discuss this solicitation in any capacity.
