Construction Manager at Risk services for the constructionof the Permian Beacon Park project, part of the Permian Basin Beacon HealthcareInfrastructure project, that will provide green areas to the Beacon Healthcare Researchand Development in the Permian Basin Region. The project consists of theconstruction of a 59-Acre park development to serve as a cultural, ecological,and recreational hub. The landscape design will integrate sustainable desertdesign principles with user-friendly public spaces and commercial viability.The park will be a complement to the 250+ acres urban development, "TheBeacon," that includes Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, HigherEducation, support spaces and new road infrastructure.

This is an official 60-day pre-solicitation notificationthat the Texas Facilities Commission intends to issue a solicitation as statedabove.

This notice does not:
