CMR Services for TX Department of Banking Demo and New Construction

This is an official notification that the Texas FacilitiesCommission intends to issue a solicitation for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) services for a new Department of Banking building which is located at 3500 Jackson Ave. in Austin, TX, project # 26-029-2597. The project encompasses the construction of a three-story building with an estimated area of 63,500 square feet. The designated construction site is Camp Hubbard Building 10, situated on Jackson Avenue in Austin, Texas. The scope includes comprehensive MEP/Civil utility rerouting, geotechnical coordination, and energy-efficient systems.

This notice does not:

- obligate TFC to issue the referenced solicitation;

- guarantee the issuance of the referenced solicitation; nor

- guarantee that the information contained in the notice will remain unchanged upon issuance of the referenced solicitation.

Any effort, expense, or expenditure of resources undertaken by any person or entity because of this notice is at that person’s or entity’s sole cost and risk. TFC does not seek vendor responses, marketing materials, or other indications of interest as a result of this notice.
