Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals from qualifiedcontractors to perform structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairsat the Southeast Campus SE-02 facility located at 2100 Southeast Parkway inArlington, Texas. The project generally consists of structural steel andconcrete repairs, replacement of deteriorated below-slab sanitary piping,installation of crawlspace ventilation fans, and associated electricalconnections. Work will require coordination with existing building conditionsand may occur in or around occupied areas. The selected contractor shallprovide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentalsnecessary to complete the work in accordance with the construction documentsdated March 6, 2026 and all applicable codes and standards.

Estimated budget:$800,000.00 to $1,100,000.00
