Tarrant County College District is soliciting proposals for RFP #26-012, STECSimulated Clean Room at TCC South Campus, located at 5301 Campus Drive, FortWorth, Texas 76119, Building ID 11B. The project consists of the constructionof a new simulated cleanroom and gowning area/classroom intended to supportinstruction in semiconductor production.

The work is anticipated to be performed under a single prime, lump-sumconstruction contract and includes all labor, materials, equipment,supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the project asshown and specified in the Contract Documents. The scope includes selectivedemolition, modification of existing conditions, interior construction, doorsand openings, finishes, cleanroom casework, cleanroom equipment andaccessories, and installation/coordination of the modular cleanroom enclosure/system.The work also includes related structural, fire protection, plumbing,mechanical, electrical, and coordination requirements necessary to provide acomplete and operational installation.
