MD Anderson Cancer Center West - Shell Build Out is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 13900 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $15.5M covering 52,000 sq ft. MD Anderson Cancer Center is the property owner and HDR is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on July 14, 2021.
The scope of work for the Project includes buildout of the remaining 52,000 square feet of shell space in the West Houston HAL. The general scope of work will include construction to support and house new medical equipment including CT’s, MRI’s.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
