Lubbock County Expo Center is a New Construction project located at 2602 North University Ave., Lubbock, TX 79415 in Lubbock, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $120.0M covering 440,000 sq ft. Lubbock County is the property owner and MWM Architects, Inc. is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on March 31, 2022.
We are building a one-story office facility with the following type rooms: Multipurpose arena, warm-up pavilion, livestock pavilion and equestrian pavilion.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
