📋Scope of Work
The Project is to be a new construction of a10250 sf, slab on grade, sprinklered, pre-engineered metal building (type II-B Construction). It is to be used as an A-3 occupancy type for religious gatherings.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work
Upgrading the electrical service from 125A to 200A. Installing new lever-bypass meter can for overhead service

Construct new driveway approach of 20.1 FT. No sidewalk inspection per plan review.
Electrical contractor will be upgrading main breaker from 125 amp to 200 amp Square D. Then installing new EG4 Grid Boss as ATS which will feed existing 125 house subpanel. The EG4 Grid Boss has a 200 amp manual bypass and 200 amp main breaker on relays which will feed the new EG4 Flex boss18. The FlexBoss18 will have 30 panels - 3 strings of of 405 watt each totaling 12.15 kw dc and EG4 14.3 kwh batteries totaling 28.6 kwh and 560 ah@ 48 volts dc.
