2026/02/20 - 2026/02/28 | (2026/02/19) | Moms weekend consisting of members and their moms gathering. March madness consists of an event themed for the NCAA march madness tournament. #Greek
2025/10/31 - 2025/11/08 | Three events over a 7 day time frame (10/31 - 11/7) first Haunted Manor is a smaller build party with two platforms connected via a walkway several facades and various other small decorations. The next day (11/1) will be our alumni weekend tailgate for the UT vs Vanderbilt game. Finally we have out Rio event this will be the same build layout/design but redecorated to fit the Brazilian Carnival theme. #Greek
Install additional 2.30 kW DC solar to existing residential
35 tunnel below the foundation to replace the drain lines for the main and bathrooms. 2 access holes - right and back. Trench thru yard to replace yard sewer.
1156 Sq. Ft. Athletic Storage as part of the overall 149695 sq. ft. new YMLA school bond program. The space will be used as a storage building.
