DFW AA TD Wind Curtain Project is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 2333 International Pkwy, Grapevine, TX 75261 in Grapevine, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $3.5M covering 250,368 sq ft. DFW Airport is the property owner and Corgan is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on March 27, 2023.
Add industrial vinyl wind curtains to be closed during cold winter days as well as overhead doors in the drive lanes of tug traffic areas. We will be adding some mechanical heating systems to help heat the space during those cold days.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
