Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work
Trench in front yard to expose building sewer line and replace. Approximately 5 of trenching. Replacing all unusable cast iron under pier and beam home - approximately 30 ft total.
The homeowner noticed a gas smell and called the gas company. The gas company found evidence of a leak and locked out the gas system. We replaced a black iron main line that had corroded due to house settling to repair leak. Roughly 12 ft in gas piping was replaced
Interior remodel with new windows and access control. Minor MEP work.
Interior remodel to existing business office. Access control is one ciper lock only.
