Bachman Lake Trail Improvement is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 3842 W Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75220 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $70K covering 6,000 sq ft. City of Dallas is the property owner and Spiars Engineering is the design firm of record. Demolish approximately 600 linear feet of existing 8-foot-wide asphalt trail and reconstruct it with a new 10-foot-wide, 5-inch-thick reinforced concrete trail in accordance with current City of Dallas and ADA standards.
