Tunnel under foundation to replace cast iron drains with PVC. Tunnel length under the foundation is approximately 70 feet with 3 access holes. Sewer line replacement from the home to the city tap with PVC pipe.
We are replacing all the cast iron piping under the entire building due to the cast iron failing. This will be under both units (101 & 102)
