PROJECT OVERVIEW: Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District is accepting qualification-based responses to provide a Design Build team to provide turnkey services for the assessment, design, demolition, replacement, and installation of HVAC systems at Schertz, Sippel, and Wiederstein Elementary Schools. Existing systems consist of split DX units with hot water coil heating (Trane, circa 2008–2009) and are assumed to be at or near end of useful life.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 am on June 16, 2026, at the Wiederstein Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 171 Borgfeld Rd., Cibolo, Texas 78108.
