The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is the agencyresponsible for the operation and management of the Texas Child Support Program,as set forth in Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.

The OAG is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) toobtain the services of a Contractor for in-state and out-of-state paternity deoxyribonucleicacid (DNA) testing services, including Sample collection, Genetic TestingResults Reporting, and litigation support services.

This procurement will award a Contract to one (1) Contractorto provide in- and out-of-state Sample collection, Genetic Testing services,and related litigation support for the OAG Child Support Division (CSD).Out-of-state services must include international Sample collection.Additionally, the Contractor will supply buccal Sample Collection Kits to OAGField staff for OAG-supervised Self-Collection.
