Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified suppliers to provide gas line replacement and upgrade services at the TSTC Waco campus. The purpose of this project is to replace aging underground natural gas infrastructure to improve safety, reliability, and compliance with applicable codes while minimizing disruption to campus operations.
