The TWC CCEI Program offers funding for new child care centers. The purpose of the CCEI Program is to increase the supply of high-quality child care across Texas. The CCEI Program supports Eligible Child Care Providers. The CCEI Program includes two (2) separate awards (Start-Up Awards and Initial Operating Awards) to offset costs for new child care centers. TWC seeks an entity to serve as the CCEI Program Administrator for the CCEI Program, and to oversee and administer the application and selection process for Eligible Child Care Providers to apply for and receive CCEI Program Start-Up Awards and Initial Operating Awards.

TWC will publish CCEI Program Policy Guidance after the contract is awarded and includes the current version as Attachment 7 of this RFP. Services under the awarded Contract resulting from this RFP 3202500192 shall be provided in accordance with CCEI Program Policy Guidance and this RFP. TWC will inform Successful Respondent of any updates to the CCEI Program Policy Guidance. Successful Respondent shall be responsible for ensuring continued compliance with the TWC CCEI Program Policy Guidance and subsequent updates throughout the term of the Contract awarded as a result of this RFP, if any.
