SOLE SOURCE OR PROPRIETARY:
DPS is advertising this solicitation under Texas Government Code § 2155.067. DPS believes that the requested items are sole source or proprietary to one manufacturer, specifications, or both. DPS will only consider responses conforming exactly to this solicitation in determining award. However, DPS strongly encourages responses from all qualified vendors who may be able to provide the specified items.
