The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified Respondents to provide quality improvement services to Texas Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), including technical assistance and educational programs for quality managers and staff, as described in this Section I and in this solicitation.TDA’s objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
