Camp Swift Prescribed Fire Implementation

This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with Texas Government Code, Title 7, Chapter 771, Interagency Cooperation Act. for an Environmental project number CFMO25-ENV-04 at Camp Swift Prescribed Fire Implementation. The main objective of this project is to manage habitat and vegetation of invasive species such as eastern red cedar (Juniperus virginiana) and yaupon (Ilex vomitoria) with the use of prescribed fire preparation and implementation in approximately 2000 acres. This project will allow Texas Military Department to meet management objectives for vegetation, wildland fire, and rare and threatened species. The awarded vendor is Texas A&M Forest Services.
