This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with Texas Government Code, Title 7, Chapter 771, Interagency Cooperation Act. for Prescribed Fire Implementation at Camp Bowie, Camp Maxey & Fort Wolters Training Centers, an Environmental project number CFMO25-ENV-09. The objective of the project is to manage habitat and dense stands of shrubs, vegetation and small trees with the use of prescribed fire. This requires improvements or the establishment of firebreaks, monitoring of fuel, and firing operations in approximately 1500 acres. The benefits of this project will be to restore the vegetation structure and habitat and allow easier implementation of a prescribed fire in the future.
